Bikram

It's good for the body, good for the soul. I feel so invigorated and alive and free and happy after I go.. It's like a shot of GOOD right to the heart..

The funny thing is, it can actually be a bit uncomfortable at times. When I started doing it in 2003, I struggled with postures, felt the burn and was frustrated with my lack of being able to reach my toes... Watching those lithe ballet dancers grip their feet AND put their forehead on their knees.. I just wondered if I'd ever get there.

Now I look in that mirror, see my body in all it's imperfection and try to push my bent knee down a bit farther. (Yes, the knee has to bend ALOT for me to grab my feet when i'm in this position, one leg bent with foot in the lap, other leg 90 degrees out to the side.. )

It's divinity.

you know if your legs did not go from your armpits to the floor it would be easier to to put your head on your knees.....
